CANCELLATION POLICY
+ More than 48 hours: if you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, you will be rescheduled at no charge.
+ Less than 48 hours: if you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
+ Less than 24 hours: no show's and appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of the service.
**Please note** If I did not take your fee upon booking, you will be required to pay this fee when booking a new appointment. I understand circumstances out of your control may arise which make it impossible for you to keep a scheduled appointment. I try very hard to work with patience and have previously extended one or more courtesies for previous occurrences.
**Refunds** I want all guests to love their hair. If you get home and decide you don’t like something due to technical error, reach out to me within 48 hours to schedule an adjustment appointment. The adjustment must be scheduled within 7 days of your original date of service. Due to the extensive time + product spent during custom color + extension appointments, we do not offer refunds.
